MPA Exports, established in the year 2002, is one of the most recognized processors and exporters of hygienically packed Frozen Boneless Buffalo Meat, Meat Offals, Sheep & Goat Meat, etc. to Gulf, African, CIS and Far East Countries. Meat is a healthy and wholesome food product consumed by many people throughout the world. Our Meat Products are manufactured/processed exclusively from animals, which have been slaughtered strictly in accordance to Islamic Rites and a Halal Certificate is provided with each and every consignment. Processing Fresh Raw Material

- Electric stimulation to accelerate Rigor-Mortis
- Dressing of Carcass on the hooks

- Postmortem Inspection
- Trimming of visible contamination if any
- Washing of carcass
- Anti Microbial spray with 2 ppm chlorine solution on carcass

- Chilling of carcass at 2 to 4 centigrade for 24 hr
- De-boning of carcass and cutting
- Packing of fresh meat as per buyers requirement
- Freezing in blast and/or plate freezers
- Marking of frozen meat for Item Name, Weight, Batch No., Code No. Production/Expiry Date, HALAL etc.
- Cold storage of finished product at –18C° to -20C°
- Transportation of frozen meat in disinfected reefer trucks and exports.
Quality Control Process
- Incoming Inspection of Packing Material in Accordance to International Standards
- Anti-Mortem Inspection of Animals by Veterinary Doctors and Duly Verified by Veterinary Officer of Government of India
- Post Mortem Inspection of Carcass and Offal’s
- Microbiological Examination of Portable Water, Fresh Meat and Frozen Meat
- Bio Chemical and Organoleptical Examination of Fresh and Frozen Meat. Health Certificate from Government Laboratory
- HALAL Certificate from Jamait- Ulama –E- Hind (A Designated Organization to issue HALAL Certificate).
Halal
Slaughtering is strictly carried out as per Islamic Shariyat Procedures and is supervised by representatives of Jamiat-Ulama-E-Hind, who issues certificate to that effect.
Packing
The Meat is Packed in tamper proof Food Grade Polythene & Cartons to retain their freshness and tenderness and then poly strapped and Shrink Wrapped. All packages are labeled in English & Arabic Language with Brand Name, refrigeration statement specifying the required temperature of storage, Item Name, Halal Slaughter, Production & Expiry Dates and Net Weight. All packagings are done in a safe and hygienic environment. Any other specification/information can be added as per Importers' requirement.
Freezing
Meat is Frozen at -40 Degree C to attain Natural Freshness, Aroma, Palatability, Color & Taste and stored at -18 Degree C till export.
Export
Meat is Exported in Reefer Containers having Temperature of –18 Degree C.
